I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Momentum Mental Health. Through my work, I support women who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure of where they are headed.

My work centers on emotional balance, healthy boundaries, and navigating life transitions, especially the complex landscape of motherhood.

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Together, we focus on slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and building steadier rhythms that feel supportive and sustainable.

My clinical background informs everything I create — from therapy to courses — with an emphasis on depth, clarity, and compassion.

Not everybody needs therapy…

and not everyone needs it all the time. At Momentum Mental Health we understand that, which is why our Courses and Resources are designed to offer space for reflection, learning, and growth in a way that’s accessible, self-paced, and supportive.
